This 81 year old lady runs 55miles per week man! And also if you watch the video, you’ll see that she seems so alive and alert as an 81yr old person (widowed somemore). She seems to be as fit and as alert as someone in their 50s. amazing.. makes me wonder what i would look like when i grow older. better not be veging out everyday playing online games…
